Waterproof Epoxy Systems
Some environments cannot tolerate flooring that traps moisture, supports mold growth, or breaks down under heavy cleaning chemicals. Our waterproof epoxy system creates a seamless, impenetrable membrane across the entire concrete surface, eliminating every joint and grout line where moisture and contamination accumulate.
A seamless, moisture-resistant floor system for environments where water and chemical control are priorities.
The Installation Process
How it works
The waterproof epoxy system creates a continuous, seamless surface with no joints, seams, or grout lines where moisture can penetrate or bacteria can harbor. The system forms a high-build epoxy membrane over the concrete that controls moisture ingress and protects the slab from chemical exposure. Some installations include cove base details that extend the membrane up the wall a few inches, creating a fully sealed transition for environments with frequent wet cleaning.
Netzach installs waterproof epoxy flooring across New Jersey in healthcare facilities, commercial kitchens, mechanical rooms, and any environment where water management and easy sanitization are primary requirements.
Why Seamless Flooring Matters
Why It Lasts
Traditional tile and VCT flooring contain dozens of grout lines per square foot. Grout is porous by nature, and in environments with heavy moisture, chemical exposure, or strict sanitation requirements, it becomes a persistent problem. It absorbs contaminants, harbors bacteria, and degrades over time under the cleaning agents needed to address those contamination risks. The result is a flooring system that looks clean but is not, and that requires expensive replacement every several years.
Seamless waterproof epoxy covers the floor from wall to wall in a single continuous non-porous coating. There are no joints for moisture to enter, no grout for bacteria to colonize, and no seams that weaken under chemical exposure. It is faster to clean, easier to maintain, and more durable under the conditions that break down traditional flooring.
